Hi there, I’m Katie

A certified Rapid Transformational Therapist and I’m passionate about helping people transform themselves to be free from physical, emotional and psychological pain purely by accessing core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that we all have in our subconscious minds.

My journey into Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) started after I had exhausted numerous conventional therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychotherapy, EMDR, Reiki, Acupuncture, Kinesiology plus endless hours of talk counselling to help me with my PTSD that developed after the traumatic loss of my baby daughter at 5 days old.

Whilst the therapies were beneficial in their own individual ways, it was only after I discovered RTT did I finally notice a positive and most importantly a permanent change in my recovery process.

I am now so grateful to be able to help others heal too.

It is my heartfelt mission to improve the human condition, helping people achieve their optimal wellbeing by eliminating blocks, barriers and values formed in childhood that hold them back from reaching their full potential or from living the happy life that they deserve.

About RTT

Do you feel like you have repeatedly tried to change habits and patterns in your life that serve you no purpose and only cause you pain or distress but find that nothing ever seems to help?

Often the reason that nothing has worked in the past is because conventional therapies only address beliefs rooted to our issues on a conscious level.

RTT is different from other therapies because it involves using the subconscious mind in hypnosis where we find the root cause of your issue.

Once we understand how, why, where and when these beliefs originated we are then able to reframe these core beliefs and subsequently see huge impactful changes occur.

Neuroscientists believe that 95% of our daily thoughts, actions, beliefs and emotions come from our subconscious mind, this means that most of our daily activities will be at the mercy of any programming we have going on there.

This is why RTT is proven to be so effective. RTT aims to free you from your issues within 1-4 sessions (depending on the issue itself) unlike conventional talk therapy which can often take months or even years.

One session lasts between 60-80 mins and sessions can be conducted via Zoom from the comfort of your own home or face to face (if you prefer) from my practice in Battersea,  South West London.

It is my aim to create a safe and comfortable environment where we can work to achieve your goals and free you of any issues that are holding you back.

Because RTT is a solution based approach therapy it can be used to treat a vast variety of issues.

How it works

RTT embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients including the use of trance and hypnotic conditioning.  

However, RTT goes beyond just hypnosis diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach.   Unlike traditional hypnotherapy RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.

Whilst using correct, up to date and relevant language when talking to oneself is certainly part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst.

An RTT therapist can reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to access the subconscious mind via altered language and self talk.   They are equipped with a range of techniques and tools that are crucial not just in teaching clients how to communicate with their subconscious mind but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks may be there.

The Process

Step 1:

  • Free 20 min discovery call to confirm client’s issue and to answer any questions they might have.  It also gives an opportunity to establish if we are a good fit for working together.  We then arrange an Intake consultation call and a subsequent RTT session.

Step 2:

  • Client complete intake form

  • Request 50% payment 

Step 3:

  • 30 min Intake call to discuss client’s issue and how they perceive their life without the presenting issue.

  • Send calendar link for session

Step 4:

  • In depth therapy preparation (undertaken by myself) to tailor the RTT session content.

  • RTT session (approx 1.5 hours) of Hypnosis and discussion to establish the root cause of the issue, followed by changing the way the client interprets situations.


Step 5:

  • 20 min personalised audio recording sent to client to be listened to daily for a minimum of 21 days because the mind learns by repetition and requires at least 21 days for the issue to be resolved.

  • This is vital to the RTT process and results can only be achieved through full cooperation with this final step of the process.
